  • Optional add-on: second flight mid-season (second set of foliage and conditions) for +50% when ordered at the same time

ExclusivityBoth packages are exclusive within the operator’s own operating area for the current tubing season: we will not contract with a competing operator in your area during that season. Operators downstream, or in non-competing locations, receive their own exclusivity for their area.

Next season: exclusivity carries into the following season only if the deposit for that season is paid. Current customers have until the end of the current tubing season to place their deposit (first right of refusal). After that date, we are free to sell to other operators for the next season.

Deposit

A 25% non-refundable deposit (informational: $625, promotional: $1,000) holds your place for the first suitable shoot window of the season and your next-season exclusivity, and is credited toward the total. The balance is due 50% at the shoot and the remainder before the live tour is delivered.

Scheduling the shoot

We shoot at the earliest suitable window, no later than a cutoff date set in your agreement. Each operator sets their own standard for a suitable water level, such as enough water to run the full-length route, and when you confirm the river is ready, the shoot goes ahead on your word. We give 48 to 72 hours’ notice, and you commit to having riders, tubes and transportation ready on the first workable day. A rebooking fee applies if the crew is not ready. Weather and light must also allow a safe shoot.

Reshoots

If the river turns out not to be suitable after you confirmed it, or the crew is not ready, a reshoot can be scheduled for a later window. A reshoot service fee of 20% of the package base price applies to each reshoot (informational: $500, promotional: $800). On promotional reshoots where riders are provided, those riders are billed again at $300 each, every time. Reshoots caused by our own equipment or scheduling are free.

Promotional shoot: what the river operator provides

  • Tubes and transportation.
  • 6 tubes in front and 6 tubes behind the camera, in your brand color, each with a rider (12 riders minimum).
  • At least one rider acting as the stuck-tube puller to protect the camera equipment.
  • If you cannot supply employees as riders, freelance riders are provided at $300 per rider, per shoot day.

Longer rivers: base prices cover a run up to 2.5 miles (the Chattahoochee run in Helen, GA). Longer runs are pro-rated by length. $2,500 is the minimum for any operation.
